Frontline Coach is built and run by one operator, so support is direct. Problem reports get looked at within three business days. Anything about safety or somebody's wellbeing is looked at the same day.
Two things fix most of what comes in. If a reply never arrived or a tool stalled, close the app fully and reopen it — the coaching runs on outside services and a dropped connection looks like a broken app. If the app is asking permission to send your text to those services, that sheet has to be accepted before any tool can answer; you can withdraw it later under Tools, Data and privacy.
Your subscription, if you have one, is managed through Stripe. The receipt email you got at checkout links to a portal where you can change your card or cancel. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Deleting your account is done inside the app, under Tools, Data and privacy. It removes your account, your conversations, your history and everything the coach remembers about your people. It is immediate and it cannot be undone.
What you type is sent to Anthropic to generate a response, and the practice voice is generated by OpenAI. Neither uses your content to train their models. The Privacy Policy names every service, what goes to it, and what it may do with it.
Every coaching response has a Report a problem link underneath it. That is the fastest route for a bad answer, because it comes through with the conversation attached and I can see what actually happened rather than working from a description of it.
It is not legal or HR advice, and it does not know your company's policies. It helps you think through a conversation and say it clearly. Decisions about discipline, pay, leave, or termination belong with your HR team and your own policies, every time.
